Let's pretend for a second that there is an apartment in NYC this big. I love how the sofa separates two distinct areas.

Dresser as tv stand. Check.

    Is that a "chippendale" chair in the background of the 2nd picture???

    Are you impressed that I know what those chairs are? Maybe there is hope for me yet...
