I need that mirror. Brass + bamboo.  The bamboo echos the bamboo from the chippendale chairs that will go at the table (which I didn't realize until just now that this designer has them in her dining room also .... see them way in the back corner?)

School Inspired Decor

He has a physics degree. I have a molecular biology degree. We get it - we're nerds. Lucky for us nerd is the new black.
I love it when there are academia pieces incorporated into decor. Like these vintage flashcards for instance.
Or human anatomy charts.

I have any Erlenmeyer flask on my desk now that I use as a vase. Ok most of the time (all of the time) its empty but that was my idea when I got it. Also because it's awesome.



Chinese Chippendale Chairs

These chairs are EVERYWHERE. Most notably the Jonathan Adler versions:

To be honest, I don't know that loveee these. But I did score three for free (not JA but really they are the exact same chair) so I am willing to try and make them work. I am thinking 2 of these, plus a different set of chairs for the table. And not in lime green.

Long Couches

I really want a nice long, mid century ish, couch for the apartment. I am crossing my fingers that I find an older one for next to nothing and try reupholstering ourselves?
